Shipping and Substitutions:
Our shipping policies are as follows:
All of our items listed in our store ship for $5.00 flat rate. We do not charge $5.00 per piece, unless you are placing a separate order on a separate invoice. If you are ordering more than one item and it is being shipped to the same location, please contact us and let us know before placing the order so that we may make note of this and not charge double for shipping.
Please allow for up to 5 business days for us to process your order. Most orders will not take this long to process, but please be aware of this when placing an order from us.
Shipping will be provided by UPS Ground on almost all orders. We will use Fed Ex for certain orders, depending on where they are being shipped or the size of the order.
UPS Ground delivery can take up to 5 business days to be delivered. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
We ship to the US ONLY at this time, and will NOT accept international orders.
Our Substitution Policies:
No substitutions will be made unless requested by the customer. We will not substitute a color or style unless you request in on the order invoice.
If you would like to make a substitution request, please place the order with your first choice of color/style preference, and then notate that if that product were for some reason unavailable (backorder, low stock, etc), you would take another color/style in it's place.
We do not offer a default color for our handbags or wallets if a color becomes unavailable, you must tell us that you allow a substitution on your order.
If your first choice of color/style becomes unavailable AFTER the order has been placed, we will contact you by email and offer you a chance to make a substitution of the item or a full refund for the original item ordered.
